A change was rolled out to production 5 hours ago to mitigate a security risk which had the unintended consequence of disallowing apps from impersonating JSM Customers.

This change has since been rolled back and impact is resolved now.

For Partners:
This incident is limited to Atlassian apps which use the Connect app framework.
