Unable to load JSM customer portals

Between 23-Oct 02:20 PM UTC and 23-Oct 02:50 PM UTC, we experienced an issue with customers not being able to access the portal page for Jira Service Management. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally. We are still investigating the root cause of this problem.
