We got alerted by our monitoring system for Jira Service Management Cloud customers unable to submit CSAT feedback - via our Public API. The root cause has been identified as a feature rolled out a week ago. The changes were rolled back which fixed the issue. Customers were unable to submit feedback via HALP during this time.
